Your privacy at Etmap
What the service receives, why it processes it and how to contact the operator.
Information you submit
The tool receives the media URL and selected tool. It requests the source service to resolve the file. The source receives network requests from Etmap’s server; normal network information is also exchanged when files are delivered.
Operational records
The server processes IP addresses and standard access logs for security and service operation. A keyed hash of the IP address is used for short rate-limit windows; expired entries are removed during later requests. Hosting access and error logs follow server rotation settings. Download URLs contain temporary file references and should not be shared if you do not want others to use them.
Media and cookies
Etmap streams files without keeping a permanent media library. Essential session cookies are used for contact form protection and administrator access. No analytics or advertising tracker is enabled in this initial release. If advertising is activated later, this policy and the applicable consent controls must be updated before tracking is introduced.
Contact messages
A contact submission stores your email address and message so the operator can review the request. Do not send passwords, account cookies or unnecessary personal information. Use Contact to request correction or removal of a message you submitted.
